Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of vulnerable young people? Do you have the strength, compassion, and leadership skills to guide a team through some of the most rewarding – and challenging – work in children’s residential care?

We’re looking for a Team Leader to join our dedicated team in a specialist Children’s Residential home that supports young people affected by Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE). This is more than a job – it’s a chance to be a positive force in the lives of young people who need consistency, safety, and someone to believe in them.

What You’ll Do:

Lead, inspire and support a team of residential care workers
Provide structure and guidance in the day-to-day running of the home
Build strong, trusting relationships with young people aged 10–17
Support the Registered Manager with audits, rota planning and safeguarding
Act as a positive role model, promoting resilience, recovery, and independence
Ensure the highest standards of care in line with Ofsted, safeguarding, and trauma-informed practice

What We’re Looking For:

Experience working in a Children’s Residential setting (preferably with CSE)
Minimum Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
Resilience, empathy, and emotional intelligence
A commitment to safeguarding and child protection
