Retail Supervisor / Team Leader

Location: Strathblane

Start Date: Immediate Starts Available

Pay: £13 per hour

Contract: Full time positions available

Team Leader - What?

A Team Leader at Greens Retail supports the management team by effectively running shifts, motivating colleagues, and ensuring tasks are completed. We seek colleagues who thrive on challenges and aim to deliver one of the best convenience store experiences in the country. Your typical day will involve:

• Delivering excellent customer service
• Creating an exceptional working environment
• Prioritizing workload to maintain store standards and motivate the team
• Building strong links with the local community and hosting events
• Ensuring smooth, clean, and compliant store operations with regard to health & safety and other procedures

Both part-time and full-time positions are available.
