Job summary

A specialist mental health service provider in Forest of Dean is seeking a confident Care & Support Team Leader to enhance the lives of individuals at Redmarley. You will work 42 hours a week, providing emotional support and maintaining a safe environment. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, sensitive, and passionate about supporting service user independence. We are looking for a confident Care & Support Team Leader with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

You’ll be working 42 hours a week, 08:00am to 20:00pm, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Redmarley.

Redmarley is a specialist residential service with nursing, designed to support people with mental health conditions and other complex needs. Our nurse‑led team provides a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic home environment. We empower people to achieve their personal goals and live fulfilling lives.

Your day-to-day
  • Support both management and team members in the day‑to‑day running of the service
  • Ensure duties are allocated effectively and safely
  • Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
  • Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
  • Learn about individuals' specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
  • Assist with medical & welfare needs and report as required
