GAIL's Bread in Esher is seeking a Full-time Team Leader to drive daily bakery operations and inspire a small team to achieve consistently high standards.

You will coach colleagues, organise shift rotas, monitor product quality, and ensure timely delivery of fresh goods while modelling a positive, hands-on approach.
