We're currently recruiting a dedicated Team Leader - Zero Hours to help ensure the smooth running of operations in CH&CO on a permanent casual basis, contracted to 0 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Great People

• Support induction and training of new employees
• Manage and be responsible for employees within the kitchen
• Attend on and off-site training sessions as required
• Ensure training is applied in the kitchen
• Attend area meetings as scheduled
• Foster a great working relationship within the school to provide efficient service

Great Service

• Maintain standards of personal and kitchen hygiene, health, and food safety
• Operate according to statutory health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Prepare the food service area to standard before service
• Maximize merchandise and counter displays
• Cook food to the correct standard using proper procedures
• Follow the Special Diet process and adhere to Food Industry Regulations (FIR)
• Monitor portion control standards
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and equipment
• Report any defects or issues in the kitchen
• Follow the 3 Stream Waste process for recycling, general waste, and food waste
• Ensure customers have an enjoyable experience
