Team Leader – Middlesbrough

As a sales professional, you will need to be accountable, passionate, and ambitious to support our growth plan in the UK and help shape our sales force in Newcastle.

Overall Responsibilities

As a team leader of your own sales team, you will be responsible for empowering and guiding the team to achieve their full potential. You will develop and grow your current portfolio and hit the monthly targets as a team. Your team’s success is your success!

In particular:

  • Promoting and selling the Verisure product to potential customers
  • Holding weekly meetings with the team
  • Training new and existing staff
  • Leading, managing, and motivating the sales team
  • Proactively searching for new revenue-generating opportunities
  • Supporting the sales manager in achieving the monthly sales target
  • Acting as a security expert
  • Managing the team’s scheduled appointments and installations
