Job description

Are you an experienced Warehouse Operative looking for your next step? Perhaps you’re already acting in a supervisory role but want a new challenge? Whatever the reason, we have the role for you!

Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to join our Equipment Management operation at our Morrisons RRU site in Stockton. This operation is all about recycling and reuse which is an important part of the supply chain, ensuring equipment management and repair support to the customer and their distribution operations.

This is a full time, permanent position, working any 4 nights from 7, 17:00 – 03:00.

We’re offering a salary of £31,803.16 per annum, inclusive of night shift allowance. In addition, we offer 30 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays, so you can enjoy a positive work-life balance. What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Lead your team in a fast-paced reverse operation
  • Coordinate tasks to ensure all activity is completed in a timely and accurate manner
  • Deal with all returned products and equipment
  • Support the shift manager with engaging the team and reacting to the varying inbound workloads

What you need to succeed at GXO:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Flexible with hours and shift patterns
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
