Position: Team Leader - Canterbury

We are seeking a Team Leader with experience in a children's home, ready for the next step in their career. The ideal candidate will be confident, proactive, possess excellent communication skills, be a good decision-maker, and capable of developing staff to their full potential.

Salary: £33,280 per annum (£14.00/hour, including 2 sleep shifts per week, £40 per sleep)

Purpose of the Role

The Team Leader supervises support staff to ensure young people receive person-centred care. They lead, delegate, supervise, and assess staff practice, providing direct high-quality care to young people.

Essential Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience in a children's home.

  • Availability for early, late, night shifts, including sleepovers.
  • Over 21 years old.
Desirable Requirements
  • Full UK driving license.
