Job summary

Greene King pubs are seeking a proactive Team Leader to guide the shift, maintain high standards, and ensure our customers have a memorable experience. You will lead by example, coordinate the team during busy periods, and deputise for the management team when needed.

You’ll ensure the bar operates safely and legally, delivering outstanding service and a welcoming atmosphere. A positive, can-do attitude and strong communication are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• A great eye for detail, ensuring every pint is poured to perfection.
• Be a role model to the team on giving great service and a warm welcome.
• Ability to think on your feet and adapt to busy shifts.

Job Description

As a Team Leader, you’ll lead by example, making sure the team have everything they need so the shift runs like clockwork! You’ll make sure the team maintain high standards and that our customers are kept happy.

Qualifications

As a Team Leader, you will…

• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.

What you’ll bring…

• An ability to think on your feet and adapt to whatever challenges arise during a busy shift.
• A positive can-do attitude and be a real team player.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
