Job summary

Greene King is seeking a proactive Team Leader to run a smooth shift at one of our pubs, leading by example so guests enjoy a memorable visit and the team has everything they need.

You’ll deputise for management, coordinate busy periods, maintain safety and legal standards, and model outstanding service with a warm welcome for every customer.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.

Responsibilities
