Job summary

Pub & Grill is looking for a Team Leader to guide the front-line team, ensure shifts run like clockwork, and keep customers happy with a heartfelt, memorable experience from the moment they arrive. You’ll coach and motivate colleagues, set high standards, and act as a confident bridge between front of house and the rest of the business.

You’ll deputise for the management team, resolve issues during busy periods, coordinate rosters, and maintain safety, legality and cleanliness.

• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.

What you’ll bring…

• A great eye for detail, making sure every pint is poured to perfection.
• Be a role model to the team on giving great service and making sure every customer receives a warm welcome.
• An ability to think on your feet and adapt to whatever challenges arise during a busy shift.
• A positive can-do attitude and be a real team player.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
