Overview

Pay: 13.78 per hour

The Role

As a Team Leader, you\'ll supervise and motivate the afternoon shift team, ensuring work is completed to high standards, staff are supported, and operations run smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the team
• Allocate tasks and monitor performance to meet targets
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards
• Assist with training and onboarding of new staff
• Communicate effectively with Shift Managers and other departments for smooth operations

About You

• Previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Senior Operative in manufacturing, production, or logistics
• Strong leadership and people skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Good organisational and problem-solving abilities
• A proactive and hands-on approach to work
• Understanding of health & safety and quality standards
