Job summary

Hungry Horse - Bra_104 is seeking a Team Leader to guide service during shifts, ensuring exceptional customer experience and smooth operation. You will deputise for management, coordinate a busy team, and uphold safety and legal standards at the bar.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, teamwork, and delivering a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests while maintaining high quality service.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience.
