A leading charity provider of mental health services is seeking an experienced Team Leader for their Sidmouth service. This role involves managing a team, ensuring high standards of care, and supporting individuals in their recovery journey. Ideal candidates should possess strong leadership skills, and experience in mental health or social care, and be adept at planning and assessment. The service provides 24/7 support. As a Team Leader you will mostly work from Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work. Our Sidmouth services provide housing-related support for people with high support needs. The purpose of the service is to enable people placed out of area to return to Devon. The service aims to support people in gaining the skills they need to live independently.
