Job summary

GXO is seeking a Team Leader for our Equipment Management operation at the Tesco RSU site in Doncaster. You will lead a team in a fast-paced reverse logistics environment and coordinate daily tasks to ensure timely, accurate completion.

The role is full-time on a rotating 4 on/4 off shift (06:00–18:00 and 18:00–06:00). Offered £16.05 per hour (~£35,000 per year) plus 20 days’ leave, pension, dental insurance, life assurance and more benefits.

Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to join our Equipment Management operation at our Tesco RSU site in Doncaster. This operation is all about recycling and reuse which is an important part of the supply chain, ensuring equipment management and repair support to the customer and their distribution operations.

This is a full time, permanent position, working a rotating 4 on 4 off shift patterns of 06:00 till 18:00 and 18:00 till 06:00.

We're looking to offer a salary of £16.05 per hour (circa £35,000.00 per annum) and 20 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays).
