A leading care provider in Dinnington is seeking a Team Leader to join their management team. In this role, you'll lead the residential service, assist in staff training, manage care plans, and support individuals in achieving independence. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in a similar role and a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care. This position offers a competitive hourly wage of £13.96 and various employee perks.

Typical Shifts are: 8am - 8pm
Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday
Week 2 - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

As a Team Leader, you'll be at the heart of our management team, leading our residential service in Dinnington. This welcoming environment supports a dynamic team and a fantastic group of people!
Your role will involve helping people gain independence, assisting the Manager with supervising and managing the service, including allocating shifts, booking training, inducting new colleagues, conducting supervision and appraisals, developing care plans, managing medication, supporting financial management for the people we support, and overseeing daily operations in the absence of the manager. Despite these responsibilities, our Team Leaders remain directly involved in providing day-to-day support.
This role is ideal for someone eager to make a meaningful difference, whether by boosting colleagues' confidence or helping individuals supported to achieve their goals and independence.
We seek candidates with relevant experience and values. The ideal applicant should have previous experience in a similar role, a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care, and experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviors.
