We’re looking for a motivated leader who can inspire their team and keep our shop running smoothly while delivering Pret’s high standards.

Responsibilities

• Support, coach, and motivate your team to help them grow and reach their potential, both in the shop and in the kitchen.
• Lead by example and drive the Speed of Service principles to make sure every customer enjoys a fast, experience.
• Ensure the team consistently delivers great-tasting food and coffee by following Pret’s 6 Key Points of Production.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming shop by making sure Food Safety and Health & Safety standards are followed at all times, protecting both customers and the team.

Skills and Qualifications

• An Airport Pass is required for this role. To obtain one, candidates must provide five years of continuous employment or education references, along with a Criminal Record Check from any country lived in during the past five years.

Location: Belfast International Airport.

Salary: Up to £16.30 per hour. Weekly hours: 25. Closing date: 30/10/2025. Worktime: 3am-11am / 2pm-11pm (days to be confirmed).
