A leading craft retailer is seeking a Team Leader to support store management and drive sales in Crawley. The role includes overseeing operations, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. Candidates should have at least 1 year of retail experience and a passion for crafts. This position offers competitive pay and a creative work environment.
Job Type – Team Leader
Salary - Rates of pay from £13.20ph to £13.62ph depending on store location
Hours of Work - 37.5 hours a week

As a Team Leader for Hobbycraft you will be supporting the management team and helping to driving sales, alongside the development and delivery of excellent customer service.
