Job summary

A logistics recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Team Leader in Crawley to manage day-to-day warehouse activities, lead a team, and ensure efficient operations. Ideal candidates will have previous leadership experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and a full UK driving licence. The role offers competitive pay of £16.35 per hour and operates Monday to Friday, from 13:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Qualifications

• 2 years previous experience as a team leader is an advantage.
• Warehousing experience is preferred.
• Excellent problem solving and logical reasoning skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Basic IT skills for inventory and reporting purposes.

Industry: Logistics

Hours: Monday to Friday, 13:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Pay: £16.35 an hour, equivalent to £34k annually.
