About the role

As a Team Leader you will provide support to our Supported Living Services, providing specialised person-centred support. Radis recognise each person as an individual and provide a unique service which is tailored to their specific needs and provide a consistent approach throughout their life.

The successful candidate will work alongside the Manager of Scotia House - overseeing the smooth running of these services, completing regular audits, checks, supervisions, spot checks, updating and reviewing support plans and working to ensure that individuals achieve their outcomes.

The role will require you to schedule / allocate work to the Support Workers, support with medication, accessing the community and finance management

Skills and Qualifications required for the role

Previous experience working with individuals with Learning Disabilities, autism and mental health issues

Previous experience as a Team Leader will be advantageous but not essential. The successful candidate will have an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care and be willing to work towards Level 3. You will have good written and verbal communication skills and have a willingness to learn in line with client needs and expectations.

This role requires you to undergo an enhanced DBS check. A driving licence with access to a vehicle would be desirable due to travelling between services.
