GAIL's Bread is seeking a Full-time Team Leader to guide and develop a motivated team in our Westminster bakery, ensuring every shift runs smoothly and to high standards. You will motivate colleagues, organise workloads, and lead by example to deliver outstanding products.

You will be responsible for coaching others, maintaining high quality, and providing a positive, energetic presence on the shop floor. The role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities to grow within the GAIL’s family.
