A leading retail cooperative in City of London is looking for a Team Leader to guide and support their team. You will be responsible for excellent customer service and team motivation, while also engaging with community projects. Prior supervisory experience is a plus. This role includes evening and weekend shifts, but offers great benefits like discounts and mental health support.
Working as a Team Leader in Your Co-op, you'll be responsible for providing support to managers in coaching, guiding, and coordinating the work of the team to complete their tasks. You'll also drive them to increase sales, secure customer loyalty and attain store targets.
