A fulfilling and exciting opportunity available for a Team Leader to join our Association. The Team Leader will be based in our offices in Chesterfield.

Purpose of the Role
  • To supervise and coordinate the team to ensure the day-to-day delivery of high-quality, reliable support services tailored to the needs of each young person entering our children’s services, promoting independence and choice in accordance with the Statement of Purpose and Ofsted Supported Accommodation Standards.
  • To provide first-line management and supervise a team of staff to ensure young people are safeguarded, supported, and receive person-centered support within our accommodation, in accordance with policies, legislation, and OFSTED standards.
