Hours: 37.5 hours Mon-Fri rotating 6am-2pm / 2pm - 10pm OR static 6am - 2pm

The Recruitment Group is working with a market-leading co-packer with over 30 years of experience, providing cost-effective and innovative co-packing and co-manufacturing solutions. They are now looking for an experienced Production Line Leader to join their growing team.

Purpose of the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Production Line Leader to manage production lines and labour to meet planned volume and commercial targets, in accordance with QA and safety standards. The role involves roughly 80% manual work and 20% administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Motivate a team to meet production targets, acting as a role model for best practices.
  • Ensure final products meet client specifications and maximize production efficiency to meet plans daily.
  • Use the integrated management system (Vision) accurately and ensure all paperwork complies with procedures.
  • Promote health, safety, and quality regulations.
  • Maintain hygienic standards during audits.
  • Coordinate with agency controllers and provide feedback on agency workers.
  • Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in training, conduct RTW and disciplinary interviews, and participate in appraisal processes.
  • Monitor and minimize waste.
  • Engage in personal development through training and experience.
