Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Team Leader to guide the shift, ensuring the team has everything they need and that the service runs like clockwork.

You will provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience, deputise for management when needed, and help organise the team during busy periods while keeping the bar safe, legal and clean. A positive, can-do attitude and strong English are essential.

Qualifications

• A great eye for detail to ensure every pint is poured to perfection.
• Role model for great service and warm customer welcome.
• Ability to think on your feet during a busy shift.
• Positive can-do attitude and a strong team player.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.

As a Team Leader, you will...
