Starting pay £13.93 – 14.93 per hour, rising with training to £14.43-15.43 for hours worked between 11pm – 5am. All other hours worked will be a starting pay rate of £12.93-13.93, rising to £13.43-14.43 (dependent on store location).

1. Creating smooth shifts even in busy periods
2. Training and accrediting new Baristas
3. Stirring up success for yourself and your team
4. Crafting new recipes to energise your team
5. Keeping standards high, from excellent espressos to monthly coffee excellence scores
6. Leading a small night team of yourself and one other.
