Integra supports adults with mental health conditions. We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team across our Cardiff Domiciliary and community services.
As a support worker within the community your role is exciting and varied. You will provide quality person-centred support across the Cardiff community. You will encourage and empower the people we support to be independent in their everyday lives.
The Team Leader Role
As a Team Leader, you will promote and ensure that the company vision of person-centred support is implemented whilst maintaining an individual’s potential and independence. You will be a front-line manager, whilst also ensuring all necessary back office duties are completed within compliance.
