Job summary

Greene King is looking for a Team Leader to guide our pub team, ensuring the shift runs smoothly and customers leave happy. You’ll lead by example, support colleagues and keep standards high, so every guest has a memorable visit.

You’ll deputise for the management team, coordinate the team during busy periods, keep the bar safe and clean, and deliver warm, great service. This role offers career development across our brands and several employee benefits.

• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
