This role sits within our Business & Industry division ,catering to those within the workplace. Taking care of catering and dining services, we're one of the industry's largest and most innovative contract caterers. With menus available to pre-order and with in-app payment, Elior B&I has matched the tastes and dietary requirements of our four million daily customers with 21st-century tech.

What you'll be doing...

As a Team Leader, proactively supervise & lead the catering teams on site and recruit, induct, train, and support colleagues to deliver an efficient, high-quality service to Elior UK, our customers and clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Engaging, motivating and managing a team
  • Stock taking & ordering
  • Accountable for ensuring ongoing team communications, including building internal and external relationships, management reporting and client liaison to enable operational excellence
  • Managing front & back of house operations
  • Accountable for COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, due dillegence, environmental policies and duty of care to customers and colleagues
  • Working Pattern: Monday - Thursday (7:00am-3.30pm) Friday (7:00am-12.30pm)
