The What...

As our Team Leader, you'll lead and inspire the team on shift, ensuring customers have an unforgettable experience. Your role may include welcoming customers, setting up your department, or coaching your team. Your professional, energetic, and enthusiastic approach will ensure excellent value and enjoyment for our customers.

Opening Hours and Shift Patterns

Our centres are open seven days a week, from 9am to midnight. Peak times are evenings, weekends, and school holidays. Typical shifts include:

• Weekday AM: 09:00 - 17:00
• Weekday PM: 17:00 - 00:00
• Weekend AM: 09:00 - 18:00
• Weekend PM: 16:00 - 01:00

Shift times vary by centre. Induction and ongoing training will prepare you for success, with opportunities for career progression, including apprenticeships and management training.
