The Arun Neighbourhood Mental Health Teams are looking for a Team Leader to help develop the Neighbourhood Mental Health Team in Bognor Regis.

Working closely with the Service Manager, other Team Leaders, and Professional Leads, you will offer high-quality and visible leadership, set and maintain operational standards, improve outcomes, and prioritize the experience for service users, families, and carers. You will also be responsible for line management of staff, ensuring contractual requirements are met and fostering a learning, supportive culture.

We are seeking an innovative and enthusiastic Team Leader for Bognor NMHT. Applications are welcome from mental health nurses, occupational therapists, or social workers to lead the team.

You should be enthusiastic, talented, and have good clinical experience in secondary mental health services. You will be expected to function well independently and within a multidisciplinary team, assisting in managing clients with enduring mental health needs in a community setting.

You will work alongside another team leader in Bognor and may need to cross-cover with the Team Leader in Littlehampton NMHT hub.

As a team leader, you will support and supervise the team, manage daily issues, ensure the team works within budget, and achieve quality targets.

You must demonstrate excellent clinical skills and proven experience, working effectively with other professionals to manage complex situations.
