You will work alongside another team leader in Bognor and may need to cross-cover with the Team Leader in Littlehampton NMHT hub.
As a team leader, you will support and supervise the team, manage daily issues, ensure the team works within budget, and achieve quality targets.
You must demonstrate excellent clinical skills and proven experience, working effectively with other professionals to manage complex situations.
