Job summary

Stonegate Group is seeking a Team Leader for Rosies in Birmingham. You will guide and coach a team to deliver outstanding guest experiences while upholding standards and brand values in a vibrant pub environment.

Based at Rosies on Broad Street, you’ll help drive a welcoming atmosphere, support the management team, and ensure compliant service during late-night trading across multiple rooms and events. Applicants must be 18+ due to alcohol sales.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old as it involves the sale of alcohol.
