The What...

As our Team Leader, you'll lead and inspire the team on shift, ensuring our customers have an unforgettable experience.

No two shifts are the same; you may be welcoming customers, setting up your department, or coaching your team. Your professional and engaging customer service, high energy, and enthusiasm will ensure our customers enjoy their visit.

Opening Hours and Shift Patterns:

Our centres are typically open seven days a week, from 9am to midnight. Peak times are evenings, weekends, and school holidays.

Typical shift patterns include:

• Weekday AM: 09:00 - 17:00
• Weekday PM: 17:00 - 00:00
• Weekend AM: 09:00 - 18:00
• Weekend PM: 16:00 - 01:00

Shift times vary by centre. Full details will be provided during the interview process.

You will receive thorough induction, ongoing training, and development opportunities, including access to apprenticeships and management training.
