A leading retail company in Ballymena is seeking a Team Leader to support store operations. Responsibilities include leading the team, managing store performance, and providing exceptional customer service. £14.13 per hour and great benefits. Full-time position available working 30 hours, 4 days per week, within store opening hours (Mon–Sun, 7am–10.30pm) with full flexibility required. Opening, closing and weekend shifts will be expected as part of the role.
