Team Leader - Homelife Ayr

Quarriers is recruiting a full-time Team Leader to join our Homelife Ayr service. The service is an Adult Support Living Service providing support to people with physical and learning disabilities. Support is delivered in individuals' homes and within the local community, enabling participation in activities such as visiting local restaurants, attending events, and pursuing hobbies and interests. The service is dedicated to delivering person-centred care and ensuring the people supported live full, happy lives daily.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective management of the service, ensuring compliance with all organizational administrative tasks, and maintaining the highest standards of care and support.

Working pattern: This is a full-time permanent role, working 39 hours per week, 5 days over 7. On-call responsibilities are included.

Requirements:

  • SVQ Level 3 & PDA or equivalent.
  • Compassion and kindness in supporting people daily.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, driven by positive outcomes.
