Overview

Team Leader - Tenterden HS, Full time 30-40 hours PW - Permanent contract

Starting pay GBP12.93 - GBP13.93 per hour, rising with training to GBP13.43-GBP14.43 (dependant store location)

Responsibilities

Being a Team Leader means so much more than leading (even though that's still pretty important). It's your chance to step up to the plate - which means you'll be:



  • Creating smooth shifts even in busy periods

  • Training and accrediting new Baristas

  • Stirring up success for yourself and your team

  • Crafting new recipes to energise your team

  • Keeping standards high, from excellent espressos to monthly coffee excellence scores
