LOCATION: BP - SUNBURY, Ashford

SHIFT PATTERN: 4PM TILL 10PM, 30 hours per week

PAY RATE: £13.13 per hour

Overview Of Job Description

Cleaning office premises for prestigious Client, includes washrooms kitchens and any surrounding areas. You must successfully pass vetting to be offered this position

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership & Supervision
  • Lead and motivate a team of cleaners to deliver consistent, high-quality cleaning services.
  • Conduct regular staff checks to ensure attendance, performance, and adherence to cleaning standards.
  • Provide training and guidance to new and existing staff.
  • Staircase Management
  • Ensure all staircases are cleaned thoroughly and regularly.
  • Monitor cleaning schedules and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Robotic Equipment Operation
  • Operate and maintain robotic vacuum cleaners.
  • Monitor performance and troubleshoot basic issues with robotic equipment.
  • Ensure robots are used efficiently and safely in designated areas.
  • Quality Control
  • Perform routine inspections of cleaned areas to ensure standards are met.
  • Report any issues or maintenance needs to the appropriate department.
Communication & Reporting
  • Maintain clear communication with management regarding team performance and operational issues.
  • Complete daily logs and reports as required.
Person Specification:

  • Hardworking and proactive, good timekeeping and attendance record
