Job description

iRecruit4 is currently looking for a Team Leader for a small family-run business in Andover. The ideal candidate will have some administration experience and be willing to assist in the warehouse.

Day to Day

1. Ensure pick faces are replenished according to demand and season.
2. Perform daily checks of the forklift and other handling equipment, reporting any non-conformities.
3. Ensure timely tipping of containers and inbound stock.
4. Book incoming shipments correctly into the system.
5. Perform duties as per warehouse operative.

Stock

1. Conduct regular stock counts by location and brand; update stock records and report issues, including transferring stock between warehouses.
2. Organize the annual stock take in collaboration with the warehouse manager.
3. Manage consumables for the warehouse and office, ensuring timely replenishment orders.

Returns

1. Register incoming returns with relevant details on the returns sheet.
2. Perform testing on returns where necessary.
3. Ensure returns are recorded in the correct warehouse for onward shipping or destruction.
