Care and Support - Deeside Care Home

Deeside Care Home is an impressive 68-bed care facility offering high standards of Nursing, Residential, Dementia and Respite care in a luxurious and supportive setting.

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Team Leader to help guide and inspire our care team. This is an opportunity to lead by example, support residents with empathy, and help shape a positive care environment where your team can thrive.

What We Offer:

• £14.10 per hour
• 44 hours per week
• Paid PVG, pension, free uniform and onsite parking
• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract)

Your Role:
As Team Leader, you will supervise and support care staff, ensuring every resident receives the highest quality of person-centred care. You will plan and review care plans, manage medication, respond to changing needs, and promote clear communication within the team. Your leadership will help maintain a warm, respectful, and well-run environment for both residents and staff.

What We’re Looking For:
You will have SVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, and experience leading or supervising a care team. You’ll be confident managing medication, care plans and team dynamics. Most importantly, you’ll bring compassion, a strong sense of responsibility, and a commitment to making a difference in the lives of others.
