Full Job Description

Due to recent expansion in manufacturing operations, this rapidly evolving advanced pharmaceutical manufacturer is seeking a new QP Manager. Having increased headcount over the past two years, especially within the Quality Assurance team, there is a need to provide additional support to the Head of Quality as the company plans for the next phase of growth.

The Lead QP will split duties between active releasing and line management of the existing team of both permanent and contract QPs. With a team of QPs based across various locations, the ability to manage and lead both in person and virtually will be critical.

Key Responsibilities:

• Active batch release and quality assurance oversight
• Line management and coaching of QPs
• Supporting regulatory compliance and investigations

Qualifications and Experience:

• People leadership and management experience
• Proven track record of coaching and developing team members
• Willingness to travel and be present across different sites
• Qualified Person (QP) status
