We are seeking a dynamic Team Lead to spearhead our UK-based Presales Early Career Program. This role is ideal for a passionate team lead who thrives on developing talent, fostering business acumen, and building a high-performing team from the ground up. You will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, training, and mentoring a cohort of early-career professionals, guiding them through their initial journey and preparing them to grow into impactful roles across the organization. As the recruitment process for our new cohort will start straight after you join, the team will be there to support you during the assessment center.
