Overview

Nike Unite Teesside is looking for a Team Lead to head our back of house team and provide world-class service to the consumer. Applications with Stockroom Supervisor experience preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate, coach, and motivate the employees in your area while maintaining an excellent work atmosphere.
  • Support the management of the daily business in your area to achieve sales targets, including digital services, visual merchandising, sales floor, and promotional campaigns.
  • Identify and solve problems in partnership with store leadership and be a brand ambassador for NIKE’s initiatives.
  • Ensure the store complies with NIKE standards and guidelines.
  • Specialize in one business area while supporting cross-functionally.
  • COMMERCIAL: Support a team that can deliver efficient receiving of product, inventory accuracy to visual presentation standards, and timely monthly initiative launches.
  • ATHLETE EXPERIENCE: Ensure the team is equipped to deliver the highest quality athlete experience.
  • CONSUMER EXPERIENCE: Lead by example and deliver our sales floor service to bring the consumer journey to life.

Qualifications
