We are looking for a Team Lead for our Delivery Center. In this role, you will be responsible for shift operations at our DCs and support the DC manager in performance management and driving the operational plan.

Title: Team Lead
Location: Greater Noida, U.P.
Essential Functions
  1. Work with the team to ensure smooth functioning of Amazon transportation operations in Noida.
  2. Execute the delivery process from the delivery station to the customer's address.
  3. Ensure sufficient bandwidth in the delivery team to manage peak time deliveries.
  4. Continuously improve the delivery process and maintain sustained performance improvements.
Essential Skills
  • Strong execution skills, action-oriented, a go-getter.
  • Resourceful in identifying ways to get things done with limited resources.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to perform station operations independently.
  • Ability to handle ambiguous situations and develop solutions accordingly.

Analytical Skills: Effectively analyze and interpret information, identify key facts, review alternatives, and assess risks.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
