An established industry player is seeking a dedicated team member to support store operations and enhance customer satisfaction. This role involves collaborating closely with management to stock and price merchandise effectively, ensuring that the store meets customer needs while driving sales. As a leader on duty, you will address concerns, provide training to team members, and oversee store safety. Position Overview
This position works closely with the Department Manager(s) or Store Manager to receive, price, and stock merchandise to meet the needs of the store's customers and drive sales and profits. It involves assisting Team Members with completing their tasks within the store and ensuring they receive appropriate training, including ongoing compliance training. The role also acts as the leader on duty, responding to customer and team member concerns in the absence of the Store Manager, as well as opening and closing the store and ensuring all bookstore property and team members are safe and secure.
