To support our exciting growth and help accelerate the digital transformation of the energy sector we are seeking an additional Team Lead to join our Digital Energy team.
You’ll help us in building a culture that champions innovation, diversity and continuous improvement, actively seeking out opportunities for change and delivering them in a structured, measurable way, celebrating success and learning from experience.
As a Team Lead you’ll play a pivotal role in transforming how the energy industry leverages value from digital technologies across all energy vectors—from power grids and gas networks to energy production and storage. You’ll utilise your expertise across AI and data science (including digital twinning approaches and complex sensing and automation techniques) to enable your ability to lead a diverse team of engineers and consultants at varying stages of their career development, from graduates through to those at a Senior or Principal level.
Reporting to the Head of Digital Energy, you will bring proven experience in managing multidisciplinary teams ideally within the energy or technology sectors. You’ll oversee 510 direct reports with a strong focus on well‑being balanced workloads and inclusive leadership. Promoting diversity of thought and a culture of curiosity is central to our approach as we aim to attract, develop and retain top talent. You will join an existing cohort of Team Leads; and be part of our Digital Energy management team.
