Job summary

Qualifications
- Registered Children’s Nurse with current UK NMC registration.
- Experience leading teams working with children with complex health needs.
- Experience with community-based nursing and safeguarding.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day leadership and management of the Community Children's Nursing and Specialist School Nursing Team.
- Deliver high-quality nursing care for children with complex health needs.
- Lead workforce planning, rota coordination and staff development.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve services.
- Support safeguarding and quality governance.
