We're seeking a Team Lead for our Delivery Stations. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding and managing operations for a new delivery channel, overseeing people and performance management, and driving the operational plan.

Key job responsibilities
  1. Quickly understand the business issues and challenges of transportation operations; identify strengths and weaknesses; suggest areas for improvement.
  2. Map business requirements, understand business processes, study and analyze workflows, design solutions, and prepare functional specifications.
  3. Be data-driven; develop and report performance metrics, provide executive updates, forecast, budget, and analyze to identify opportunities for improving customer experience.
  4. Deep dive into and acquire extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices; apply them to solve business problems.
  5. Design, develop, pilot, and roll out enterprise-wide programs focused on performance improvement, cycle time reduction for returns, delivery experience enhancement, financial auditing, and identification of alternate delivery services.
Minimum qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fluent in English (speaking, writing, reading)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Experience managing teams
