A leading digital mental health provider is seeking a Team Lead for their ADHD Titration Service. Team Lead – ADHD Titration Service (Formerly Titration Team – Deputy Lead)

Reporting to: Clinical Operations Manager – ADHD Titration Service
Remuneration: £74,000 FTE- plus £1000 working from home allowance
Contract Type: Permanent/Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Location: Home-based/various UK meeting locations as required

The Team Lead – ADHD Titration Service plays a crucial role within Psychiatry UK, reporting directly to the Clinical Operations Manager. This position is responsible for providing leadership and oversight of the Titration team, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality clinical services. The Titration Team Lead supports service development, operational excellence, and clinical governance aligned with Psychiatry UK’s strategic objectives.
The post holder will allocate their time across team leadership, pathway ownership, clinical supervision, and operational management to deliver continuous improvement and maintain high standards of patient care.
This role is predominantly remote (applicants must reside in the UK) but requires attendance at various meeting locations within the UK as needed and adheres to Psychiatry UK's flexitime principles.

To succeed as our Team Lead – ADHD Titration Service, you will be:
A strong leader with exceptional organisational, and communication skills. You will have a strong understanding of the Mental Health Act 1983 and current nursing practices related to mental health care, clinical governance, safeguarding, and data protection principles.Your excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with your ability to lead teams and liaise with multiple stakeholders effectively contribute to your success.
You are confident in your administration abilities, utilising Microsoft 365 and competent in electronic health records and clinical documentation.
