Team Lead – Full Stack C#

Inside IR35 – Fully remote

Our client is seeking an experienced Team Lead – Full Stack C# to join their team on a fully remote basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects within the financial services sector, with a focus on high-performance backend systems and scalable microservices architecture.

Role Overview:

Managing a small team of offshore developers, working on the BAU stream – supporting with live issues, managing the delivery of new and legacy system BAU work.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing a team of offshore developers
2. Develop and enhance backend systems using C#.NET Core.
3. Build and maintain microservices architecture.
4. Create dynamic and responsive user interfaces using Angular 16+.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
6. Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and scalability.
7. Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging.

Required Skills and Experience:

1. Proven experience of managing a team of offshore developers
2. Strong commercial experience with C#.NET Core.
3. Proficiency with Angular 16+ for frontend development.
4. Proven experience of managing offshore teams
5. Solid understanding of Microservices architecture.
6. Experience in financial services or other regulated industries is advantageous.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
