A boutique commercial property firm is seeking a proactive and highly organised Team EA & Office Manager to join their close-knit team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys supporting senior leadership, and takes pride in keeping the office running smoothly.

This is a sole support role, so a hands-on, “can-do” attitude is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the office always runs efficiently and professionally.
  • Manage diaries, travel, meetings, and communications for partners, including preparing materials and liaising with stakeholders.
  • Oversee office operations, including supplies, IT support, subscriptions, and internal systems.
  • Support HR and employee engagement initiatives, including onboarding and training.
  • Assist with company events and contribute to ESG and other corporate initiatives.
  • Handle finance-related tasks, including purchase orders, invoices, and expense reconciliation.
Who We’re Looking For:
  • A proactive, highly organised professional with 2–4 years’ experience in a similar administrative role (PA, EA, or Office Manager), confident juggling multiple priorities and supporting senior leadership.
  • A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels and handling sensitive information.
